Upper Addison Garden

Upper Addison Gardens:

This garden connects a private garden to the wider communal gardens. Its planting needed to be re-thought and had to reflect the owner’s taste and style, without losing the connection with the surrounding landscape.

The box balls give the structure within the two borders. They are a perfect back drop to the contrasting silver leaves of the artemisia, stachys and salvia officinalis. Early flowering bulbs and perennials create a flowering sequence starting as early as February and carry on until the end of autumn.
